On order from my wife I had to watch American Idol, especial the Filipino girl, tonight, so during the commercials I painted this little green painting of the Willamette River coming out of the Cottage Grove Dam.

Its been raining here in Oregon almost every day, I am getting a little tired of the weather. On my daily walk with the dog I visit several times of the week this small wetland area, about 5 minutes from home, and all I see is many shades of green. So after the walk I started this little scene, oil on canvas.
