Venice, painting Challenge for ADNW

Glen Canyon Park, San Francisco


On a recent visit to San Francisco to visit our daughter, Karen our daughter in Law took a photo of a view in Glen Canyon Park, located just a few steps from her home. Painted on a 16 by 20 canvas in oil.

Copacabana


This is my painting for the monthly The Virtual Paintout Challenge, painted in oil on a 11 by 14 canvas panel. My wife and I visited Rio about 10 Years ago in February during the Carnival, and we walked along the beach, drinking Coconut juice, which we bought from on of those stands, it sure brought back some memories, thanks Bill for putting on this challenge.

Angel Trumpets


On a trip to San Diego I took some photos of those gorgeous Angel Trumpets at Balboa Park, after I sold the painting, I promised my wife I would paint another one for her, so here is the second one, painted in oil on a 23 by 31 masonite panel.
